I hereby consent for the use of my EID number provided in the application for student pass to use the EID number to obtain its Aadhar number and to use Aadhar number, so obtained, to carryout identity validation./ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪಾಸಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾದ ಆಧಾರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿನ ದೃಢೀಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ನಾನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನನ್ನ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪಾಸಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾದ ನನ್ನ ಇ.ಐ.ಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಅದರ ಆಧಾರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು, ಇ.ಐ.ಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುತಿನ ದೃಢೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಧಾರ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ನಾನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

3. I understand that the pass shall allow me to travel only from my residence to my educational institution./ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಬಸ್‌ ಪಾಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ನನ್ನ ನಿವಾಸದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
4. I hereby declare that, I am not studying in Residential Institution or pursuing correspondence course which renders ineligible for Student Pass./ ನಾನು ವಸತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದೂರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಓದುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
